Sheridan House Loudon, age 77, of Pensacola, FL died at home on Tuesday, August 9, 2022, after a courageous battle with Multiple Myeloma cancer, surrounded by her husband and several dear friends.
Sheridan was born December 10, 1944, in Oakland, CA. A resident of Pensacola since 1986, Sheridan was a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of West Florida and earned a Master of Acupuncture degree from the Academy of Five Element Acupuncture. A licensed acupuncturist, she enjoyed learning new techniques to assist her clients, and was a mentor to student acupuncturists.
Sheridan was a lifelong learner and avid reader who adopted and loved many dogs and was a lifetime lover of endangered species.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Hendricks House and Myriam Orvin House and her brother, Michael Boggs.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Alexander "Sandy" Loudon; a son and a daughter-in-law, Dr. Alexander 6th, DC, and his wife Lisa Loudon; a granddaughter, Sara Loudon, of Lexington, KY; three brothers, Heyward House and his fiancé, Teresa Hobgood, Kevin House, and Stuart and Jane House; several nieces, nephews, cousins and long-time friends also survive.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) in her name would be much appreciated.
