Sherry Smith Sims, 73, of Lakeland, Florida passed away on Monday, March 5, 2018 in Lakeland. Sherry was born on February 13, 1945 in Mobile, Alabama and had resided in Polk County, Florida for many years, from the Northwest Florida area. She was a Surgical Technician in the medical/hospital field.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Randall Sims in January 2004.

Sherry is survived by her 2 sons and 2 daughters and several grandchildren, along with other extended family.

Services will be private for the family at Sherry's wishes.
