Shirley Sellars, 83 of Pensacola, FL passed away on January 6, 2021.

Shirley was born on Jun 27, 1937 in Laurel Hill, FL. She lost sight at a young age, but that did not stop her from graduating from Stetson University with a degree in Liberal Arts in 1961. She also graduated from UWF with a Masters in Psychology. After 28 years of working with the State of Florida, Shirley retired and continued her efforts in helping others with similar handicaps as a Certified Rehabilitation Teacher. Shirley also enjoyed collecting recipes and published a cookbook of her own.

Shirley is preceded in death by her mother, Abbie Wright; father, WilliamTyner, brothers, Jerry Tyner; and Ronald Tyner.

She is survived by her brother, Larry Tyner; sister, Barbara Graham; sons, Marty and Ken Davis; daughter-in-law, Sara Davis; three grandchildren, Vanessa Davis, Lewis Davis and Alisha Davis; and seven great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel from1:30pm until the funeral cortege departs at 2:00 PM for a Graveside Service at Barrancas National Cemetery on Monday, January 25, 2021.
