Staci Lynn Barsuhn, 61, of Pensacola, FL went home to the Lord on Tuesday, January 6, 2026. Staci was born in June of 1964 to the late Robert and Sharon Brooks Shedd in Canyon, TX.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Andy Shedd.

Staci was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother who was of the Christian faith, having been baptized on September 13, 1984. Staci graduated from Lakeview Centennial High School in 1978, where she met and later married the love of her life, Bernhard, they were married in 1982. They had twins, Grant and Dustin in July of 1984. She was confirmed on December 1, 1986. They later welcomed their son Blayne in March of 1989, and their daughter Monika in March of 1993.

She graduated from The University of Florida in 1999 with a degree in Occupational Therapy, she then enjoyed a career as an Occupational Therapist. She loved spending time with family and friends, playing card and board games. Staci also loved doing arts and crafts in her spare time. She loved her family, lived in her faith, and trusted in God. She was loved dearly and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Those left to cherish her memory include, her loving husband of 43 years, Bernhard Barsuhn; her three sons, Grant Barsuhn (Christine), Dustin Barsuhn, and Blayne Barsuhn; a daughter, Monika Barsuhn Sales (Sean); eight grandchildren, Dehlia, Lukas, Jaxon, Niklaus, Spencer, Bryce, Kristopher, and Klairah; and her brother, Mike Shedd.

A Memorial Service will be held in Staci's honor at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at Grace Lutheran Church, with Pastor Jack Onkka serving as officiant.
