Susan F. Koha Robertson, 60, of Pensacola, FL passed away on December 2, 2012. A long-time, well respected nurse she started her career at St. Joseph's Riverside Hospital in Warren, OH and only stopped taking care of patients at West Florida Hospital in Pensacola, FL when illness prevented her from being able to do so. She is remembered for vast knowledge on many health topics and her willingness and enthusiasm to teach any who wanted to learn. She and her first husband, Joseph Koha, moved from Niles, OH in 1986 to Lakeland, FL seeking better working conditions to support their family. A graduate of Hubbard High School, Susan received her Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from Youngstown State University, her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Tampa College Lakeland, and her Masters of Arts in Health Communication Leadership from University of West Florida, where she then spent some time teaching communication classes. Susan is preceded in death by her parents, Betty W. and C. Ray Bishop; her brother, David Bishop and two husbands, Joseph M. Koha and Larry L. Robertson. Susan is survived by three children; Kathleen A. Koha of Alpharetta, GA, Jason E. Koha and Barbara A. Koha both of Pensacola, FL. She is also survived by four siblings; Sara (Sally) Thompson of Verona, NJ, C. James Bishop of Hubbard, OH, Richard E. Bishop of Allentown, PA and Ronald E. Bishop of Cooperstown, NY. Visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00am on Saturday, December 8, 2012 at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel followed by a Memorial service at 11:00am with Monsignor Michael Mooney officiating.
