Sybil McMillan DuBose

1927-2017

Sybil McMillan DuBose,90 of Pensacola, FL was called to her heavenly home on Sunday, July 30, 2017, after a lengthy illness. She passed peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family.

Sybil was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Joseph P, DuBose, former pastor of East Hill Baptist Church, her parents, John James McMillan and Arrie McMillan and grandson, Jason DuBose.

She is survived by sons, Dan (Mary) DuBose, Steve (Virginia) DuBose, John (Vickie) DuBose; 3 grandchildren, Annah DuBose, Steven Elliott DuBose, Kristin DuBose and 2 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters, Mary Etta Hewitt, Cecelia Miljevich, and Jenny Meyers.

A Visitation will be held from 10:00am Friday, August 4, 2017 until the Funeral Service at 11:00am at Dukes-Harley Funeral Home, 3379 Columbia Road, Orangeburg, SC 29118. Sybil will be laid to rest next to her husband at Memorial Park Cemetery in Orangeburg, SC.
