David W. Tinker "The Captain", 78, of Pensacola, FL passed away Tuesday, May 19, 2020.

He was born in Evanston, Illinois on August 28, 1941. He attended Arthur Hill High School, Saginaw Michigan, and Western Michigan University class of 1965.

David was the owner and founder of 9 ^th Avenue Automotive. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, cutting horses, spending time at Orange Beach house and loved animals, especially dogs.

David is preceded in death by his father, William Tinker and his mother, Barbara Tinker.

He is survived by his wife, Dianne Tinker; son, David Nothelfer (Debbe); daughter, Joni Marquardt (Jason); granddaughter, Katelyn Nothelfer; grandsons, Jay Marquardt and Jackson Marquardt and a great granddaughter, Serenitti Alden.

There will be a private family service.
