Thelma, 73, passed away quietly at home Wednesday morning having the Blessing of knowing she had completed her lifes work of seeing her five children raised, happy and complete. With her 5 children, 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren in the hands of their Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, she too was complete. Her life was spent making each child strong, wise and caring. By her strength and guidance, we are who we are and better people, as is everyone who knew her. To say she will be missed is an understatement. To say she is embedded in the fabric of each of her children would be the truth and it is her gift to each of us. Preceded in death were her parents, Fred and Catherine Chapman, and brothers, Larry and Gerald Chapman. She is survived by her former spouse, Robert B Glover, Jr. their children, Steve L and Tamie Glover, Bob B Glover III, Mike E and Regina Glover, Patricia L Glover, and John F and Kelley Glover; grandchildren, April, Leigh, Christen, Christopher, Sherry, Carole, Phillip, Alisha, Dallas, Nick and Ben, great grandchildren, Ryan and Kinsey; brother, Frank and Betty Chapman, and multiple nieces and nephews from Owensboro KY to Pensacola, FL. Her legacies are Thelma, Grandma Thelma, Memaw and Worlds Greatest Mom will live on in her honor. Mrs. Glovers family will receive friends from 12:30pm until the Funeral Service at 2:00pm Sunday, November 30, 2008, at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel.
