Thomas "Tommy" James George, 61, of Navarre, FL passed away on Tuesday, October 20, 2015. He was born on January 20, 1954 in Panama City, FL. Tommy had an associate's degree in Science. He worked for Ft. Walton Machine Shop and Chromalloy from September 1983 to September, 2009. He was big and gruff, but anyone knowing him, never was without a friend. He loved his friends and family. Tommy had many hobbies including fishing, hunting and camping. He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Redd George; his parents, Clarence and Judy George and a brother, Richard Leon George. He is survived by his sisters, Judy (Bill) Owen of Panama City, FL and Sheila Weathers of Wewahitchka, FL; special to him and close as family, Brittany and Annon Jensen and many nieces and nephews; great niece and nephews along with a host of friends. Services and special arrangements are being arranged for family and close friends. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. Special thanks are given to the Doctors and staff of Emerald Coast Cancer Center of Ft. Walton Beach, FL.
