Thomas "Tommy" Ray Pearson, 85, of Pensacola, FL passed away Thursday, September 1, 2022.

He was born on December 25, 1936, in Longview, TX to Thomas Earl and Alice Malaby Pearson. Tommy graduated from Pensacola High School, Suwannee Military Academy, Marian

Military Institute and attended Auburn University. He was the first Computer System Analyst at the Pensacola Naval Air Station. He went on to own and operate The Flame Lounge and joined a corporation that owned multiple Pensacola watering holes including the Red Baron, Gene's Lounge, Osceola Country Club Bar and Grill, Northside Bar and Saloon, and Ray Cranford's BBQ. After retirement, he decided to return to work as a TSA security officer at Pensacola Regional Airport, then became a licensed insurance adjuster evaluating homes after Hurricane Katrina. Tommy enjoyed golf, dove hunting, had an affinity for Kitty Cat sweaters, and being a day trader doing online stock market exchanges. He was a member of the Krewe of Lafitte, Moose Lodge, and the Elks Club. He was a devoted family man, who enjoyed spending time with his daughters and grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Angela Pearson; as well as his brother, John Earl Pearson.

Survivors include his former spouse of 32 years, Maria Zaccaria; a daughter, Anna Pearson Buggs (Chuck); granddaughters, Nikki Konzelman (Ray), Holly Tolbert (Brendon), and Gracie Pearson; great grandchildren, Marcia and Jackson Tolbert; nephews, Eric (Christine) and Johnnie Pearson; great niece and nephew, Leslie and Ryan Pearson; former son-in-law, David Henkelman; his Saturday morning shopping buddy, Janet Buggs (The other half of Frick and Frack); all of his sweet kitty cats, including Spookie and Lil Bit.

Visitation will be held 1:00pm-3:00pm Sunday, September 11, 2022, at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel. Funeral Service will be held 1:00pm Monday, September 12, 2022, at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel with Fr. Craig Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Bayview Memorial Park. A reception will follow all services at the home of Chuck and Anna Buggs, 3649 Buford Dr., Pensacola, FL 32504.

Active Pallbearers will be, Charles Buggs, David Henkelman, Raymond Konzelman, Brendon Tolbert, Jackson Tolbert, Eric Pearson, and Tanner Morris.
