Hugh Thomas "Tommy" Brown, 69, of Pensacola, FL passed away Friday, August 18, 2017.

Tommy came into this world on January 17, 1948, to Hugh and Margery Brown, from that day their lives were never the same. Tommy attended school in Pensacola when in Junior High School he met the love of his life, Belinda Villeneuve and they married.

Tommy and his dad started Ham Brown and Son's Paint and Body which Tommy continued to operate for 57 years.

Tommy was a member of Escambia Lodge #15 of Free and Accepted Masons, Scottish Rite Temple, and the Grotto Hall. Tommy was the Monarch of Zelica Pensacola in 1979. Tommy was a member of the Krewe of Lafitte serving as the President of the Krewe during the 50 ^th Anniversary prior to that as a Float Captain, Knight, and was honored to serve as Jean Lafitte 52 ^nd .

Tommy leaves behind his loving wife of 50 years, Belinda; a son, Robert Brown and wife Laura; a daughter, Sherie White and husband Jeremy; 3 grandchildren, David Brown, Alex White and Christie White.

Belinda and family would like to thank all their friends for their prayers and thoughts during his illness and especially the loving care provided by Covenant Hospice.

The family will have a Celebration of Life Gathering, which was Tommy's request at their home, 706 South "I" St., Pensacola, FL 32502 from 1:00pm-4:00pm Saturday, August 26, 2017.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made in Tommy's name to Covenant Hospice Care, 2001 N. Palafox St., Pensacola, FL 32501.
