Charles T. "Tommy" Pfeiffer, 76 of Pace, FL passed away Monday, August 3, 2020.

Tommy was born on March 3, 1944 to Ned and Dot Pfeiffer. He grew up in downtown Pensacola and attended local schools graduating from Pensacola Technical High School and was raised in the family business, Pfeiffer Printing Company. In 1963, he married Doris (Hual) "Dottie" Pfeiffer. Tommy worked at Pfeiffer Printing before working at the Pensacola News Journal. In 1969, Tommy joined the City of Pensacola as a firefighter, retiring as a Captain in 1991. He enjoyed hunting and fishing with family and friends. Tommy and Dottie enjoyed traveling throughout the United States and Canada.

He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, DeDe Pfeiffer; and sister, Patricia Bowyer.

Tommy is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Dottie Hual Pfeiffer; beloved daughter, Wendy Pfeiffer; brother, Rick Pfeiffer (Evie);  nieces and nephews, Katie Pfeiffer, Virginia Nowling (DJ) their children, Austin, Ned and Shelby; Suzanne Day (Chris) and their son, Wiley; Tim, Laura, and Mark Bowyer of Atlanta, GA; numerous relatives, friends and  his fire department family.

The family will receive friends 10:00am until the Memorial Service at 11:00am Saturday, April 24, 2021 at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel, with Fr. John Licari officiating. Inurnment will follow at Bayview Memorial Park.
