Troy Ray Rupard, Jr., 64, of Gulf Breeze, FL, passed away on Friday, September 11, 2026.

It is with great sadness that we remember Troy, whose life was filled with friendship, laughter, family, and a deep love for the coastal waters. Troy was a true Pensacola Beach man at heart. He loved spending time along the shore, fishing, boating, and enjoying the freedom and peace that came with being on the water. Some of his happiest moments were spent outdoors, surrounded by good friends and making memories that will be treasured for years to come.

A graduate of Woodham High School, he later attended Pensacola Junior College. He was the kind of person who could walk into a room and leave having made a new friend. He loved to have a good time, share a laugh, and enjoy life to the fullest.

Troy was deeply loved by his mother, who will forever remember him as a good and honorable man. He leaves behind a legacy of friendship, laughter, adventure, and love. Those who knew him will remember the stories, the good times, the days spent fishing and boating, and the easy friendship he gave so freely. Though Troy is no longer with us, the memories he made and the lives he touched will remain. He will be remembered by his mother, daughter, family, friends, and all who have had the privilege of knowing him.

He is preceded in death by his son, Troy Ray Rupard, III.

Survivors include his daughter, Amanda Holt (Josh); his mother, Sarah Rupard; a sister, Terri Teschel; as well as two grandchildren, Nash and Gram Holt.

May he rest peacefully, forever with the waters of Pensacola Beach in his heart.
