Uresh "Don" Amrutbhai Patel, 61, of Pensacola, FL passed away on Sunday, February 28, 2021.

His original gaam was Sevni, but he was raised in Navsari, India. He moved to the United States in 1982, and he resided in Pensacola since 1985. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, watching movies and cricket, listening to music, playing bhajans, and being dada to his Diya. He was a member of Gulf Coast Indian Association (GCIA) and enjoyed participating in all the community events.

He is the son of late Amrutbhai "Amthabhai" Patel and Induben Patel.

He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Manjuben Patel; his son, Jatin (Darshita) Patel of Pensacola, FL; daughter, Pina (Dharmin) Patel as well as granddaughter Diya of Little Rock, AR; his brother, Paresh (Rita) Patel of Columbia, SC; sister, Usha (Naresh) Patel of San Antonio, TX; sister, Priti (Rashmi) Patel of Houston, TX; as well as several nieces and nephews who he loved very much.

Prathna will be held 5-6pm Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel. Funeral Service will be held 10:00am Thursday, March 4, 2021 at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel, 2276 Airport Blvd., Pensacola, FL 32504.
