Venecia Blackman, 76, passed away on Thursday, July 4, 2013. She was a courageous, beautiful and independent woman. She loved her family, a good game of bingo and her cats. She was preceded in death by both of her parents and her husband, Malcolm Blackman. She is survived by her children, Pam Meharg (Rusty), Jeff Bryant, Rebecca Chadwick (Kevin) and Michael Bryant (Diego); her four grandchildren, Justin, Claire, Zach, Alex and Lauren; and two great grandchildren. She also has four surviving sisters and brothers. Private Family Memorial Services will be held. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Covenant Hospice or the Humane Society of Pensacola.
