Virginia Smith Phelps was received into the All Being August 16, 2011, leading an exemplary life of service, grace, love and dignity. She was loved and respected by all for her genuine practice of Christs values and strength of character. Lead by example was one of her biggest lessons, and she was exemplary in its practice. Mom loved you all. Memorial Service will be held 1:00 pm Friday, August 19, 2011 at First Presbyterian Church.
