Walter Lewis Richards, 93, passed away Tuesday, February 14, 2023.
A funeral cortege will depart Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel parking lot at 1:00pm for a Graveside Service to begin at 1:30pm Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at Barrancas National Cemetery. Full US Navy honors will be rendered.
In lieu flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Gulf Coast Kids House.
