Wanda Stevens Gentry, age 68, of Pensacola, FL passed away on Tuesday, June 2, 2015. She was born in Laurel Hill, FL on October 11, 1946. She later moved to Pensacola where she graduated from Tech with a degree in Cosmetology, and she began a career of making people beautiful. She loved her family and her church at First Assembly of God and especially her pastor. She was preceded in death by her parents, Cleton and Boncyle Burleson. Wanda is survived by her husband, Al Gentry; her children; Sheri Stevens and Dennis Stevens; her brothers; Billy (Glenda) Burleson, Jimmy (Diane) Burleson, Mack (Carolyn) Burleson and Virgil Burleson along with numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at 10:00am Friday, June 5, 2015 with Funeral services beginning at 11:00am at First Assembly of God Church with Dr. David Scruggs, Sr. officiating. Burial will follow at Pensacola Memorial Gardens. She made lots of friends in her life and was loved dearly.
