William Owen Arflin, 81, of Pensacola, FL passed away Saturday, October 19, 2013. Mr. Arflin was a native of Winter Garden, Florida and was born on February 25, 1932. He served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict and was a Bail Bondsman. He was of the Protestant Faith. Bill was married to Doris Ann Moore Arflin, and is also survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Rachel Ann and Gary Wayne McCullough. Friends will be received at 9:30am Wednesday, October 23, 2013 with Funeral services beginning at 10:30am at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel. Private Family Committal services will be at Barrancas National Cemetery.
