William J. "Bill" Fade, 91, of Pensacola passed away Saturday, April 8, 2017 at Azalea Trace.
Bill was born in Bishop, CA to Flossie and Luther Breckenridge Fade.
Bill was educated at the University of California and USC. Initially the Navy brought Bill and family to Pensacola. He later founded a successful business that he operated for more than 45 years.
He was active in the community with many social and business friendships.
He was predeceased by his wife, Dorothy T. Fade and his grandson, Blake E. Mitchell.
He is survived by his children; Marcia Mitchell-Paine (Thomas Paine) of Viera, FL, Richard (Susan) Fade of Seattle, WA and Christine Fade (Stan Fisher) of Pensacola, FL; his grandchildren, Justin (Tracy) Mitchell of Denver, CO, Kristin Fade (Steven Thompson) of Mosier, OR, Kathryn Fade and Mitch Fade of Seattle, WA and great grandson, Ryan Mitchell of Denver, CO.
There will be private family services at a later date.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Heritage Fund of Azalea Trace, 10100 Hillview Dr., Pensacola, FL 32514.
