William A. "Bill" Wright, age 76, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 29, 2015. He passed away peacefully in the arms of both of his daughters. Bill was the son of the late A.M. "Ted" Wright and Kathleen Schambeau Wright. He was married to Eleanor Daisy, his wife of 37 years until her death in 1999. Bill is survived by his two daughters; Victoria Bliss (Bob) of Miami FL and Penelope Wright of Pensacola FL; four grandchildren, Sean Seibert, Cassidy Seibert, Savannah Capps and Zackary Seibert of Pensacola, FL and by one brother; Rev. Dick Wright (Linda) of Tuscaloosa, AL. Born October 1, 1938, Bill was a graduate of Pensacola High School, Class of '56, joined the Marine Corps in 1956, served four years and traveled to 17 countries while in the Marines. He was employed at the Naval Air Station at NARF and NAD. He later graduated from Pensacola Junior College. After retirement he worked in Security at Baptist Hospital as well as Marinna Aircraft where he was much appreciated by his fellow workers. Bill was affectionately known as "Billy Bob" to his grandchildren and "Tropical Bill" to his friends. Bill loved shooting pool and was an avid fisherman who took great pleasure in taking various family and friends on fishing trips over the years. Bill will be greatly missed by his family. Visitation will be held at 10am Wednesday, April 1, 2015 with Funeral services beginning at 11am from Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel with Bill's brother, Rev. Dick Wright officiating. Burial will follow at Bayview Memorial Park with Marine Corps honors at the graveside.
