William Lewis Edwards, 84, of Milton, FL and formerly of Pensacola passed away Tuesday, May 29, 2012. Mr. Edwards was born in Chicago, IL on July 26, 1927. He was the Owner/Operator of an Interior Decorating Shop, and a member of the Pensacola Beach Elks Lodge #497. He was married to the love of his life for 35 years Catherine Edwards. His wife and mother Betty Adams of Elkhart, IN preceded him in death. Survivors include his sons, Keith Conner (Anne) of Grand Rapids, MI, Ed Conner (Rose) of Breaux Bridge, LA, Christopher Edwards (Tina) of Elkhart, IN, Mike Conner (Ryan) of Peachtree City, GA; daughters, Karen Alexander, Michelle Beckham and Tanya Jones all of Milton, FL; 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. A Private Graveside Service will be held at Barrancas National Cemetery with military honors. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Covenant Hospice of Milton, 6479 Caroline Street, Suite B, Milton, FL 32570.
