William "Bill" Rudolph Roberts, Jr., 63, of Pensacola, FL passed away on Friday, April 26, 2013. He was a native of Plainfield, NJ, lived in Childersburg, AL and has been a resident of Pensacola, FL since 1987. He graduated from Childersburg High School. He received his bachelor's degree from Jacksonville State University. He served in the Army National Guard of Alabama as a reserve for 7 years. He worked at Stuart C. Irby Company for 34 years. His position was a utility salesman and he enjoyed his many successful years of employment. Many longtime friendships were established. His most cherished hobbies were fishing and golfing. He also enjoyed volunteering at the Boy Scout Troop 409 with his son, Stewart, who is working to complete his Eagle Scout. Survivors include his sons, Stewart Ferrec Roberts and Samuel Auguste Roberts; sister, Sundae Roberts Spicer and her husband Clay of Tampa, FL; and brother, Keith Franklin Roberts of Tampa, FL. His parents, Suzanne Renee Roberts (mother) of Tampa, FL and William Rudolph Roberts, Sr. (father) of Sylacauga, AL. He had a nephew and niece and many wonderful friends. Memorial Visitation will be held 9:00am until a Memorial Service to begin at 10:00am, Saturday, May 4, 2013 at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel with Chaplain Ken Griffin officiating.
